The Smashing Pumpkins Announce Massive Open-Air Show at Gunnersbury Park
For Londoners, today might be the greatest day we’ve ever known.
The Smashing Pumpkins have announced a major open-air concert at London’s Gunnersbury Park on Sunday, 10 August 2025, as part of their Aghori Tour. The legendary alt-rock band will be joined by special guests Skunk Anansie and White Lies, with more acts yet to be revealed.
The show marks one of the band’s biggest UK performances to date, taking place at a venue known for hosting world-class acts. Tickets go on sale at 10 AM on Friday, 14 February 2025, via Ticketmaster.
Since their formation, The Smashing Pumpkins have sold over 30 million albums worldwide, won two GRAMMY® Awards, and released era-defining records like Siamese Dream (1993) and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness (1995). Their latest album, Aghori Mhori Mei (2024), sees founding members Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, and James Iha revisiting the raw energy of their early sound.
Skunk Anansie, pioneers of British alternative rock, will bring their politically charged, high-energy live show to Gunnersbury Park. The band, fronted by the iconic Skin, recently released their single An Artist Is An Artist, marking an exciting new chapter in their career.
Joining them are White Lies, the London-based indie-rockers whose debut album To Lose My Life (2009) topped the UK charts. Over the years, they’ve solidified their place as one of Britain’s most enduring guitar bands.
Gunnersbury Park has become a staple for major summer concerts, with Khruangbin, The Libertines, PAWSA, and Martin Garrix also set to perform at the venue in 2025. Last year’s lineup included KoRn, PJ Harvey, Peggy Gou, and Tom Grennan.
Fans can expect an unforgettable evening as The Smashing Pumpkins bring their electrifying live show to West London this August.
