American Express Presents BST Hyde Park Adds Olivia Rodrigo as Headliner for 2025, support from The Last Dinner Party and girl in red.
The acclaimed British Summer Time (BST) Hyde Park festival has announced its latest headliner for the 2025 lineup: Olivia Rodrigo. The three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter will take the iconic Great Oak Stage on Friday, 27 June 2025, marking her biggest UK performance to date. She will be joined by special guests The Last Dinner Party and girl in red, with additional performers to be revealed soon. Tickets will be available to the public starting at 9am GMT on Friday, 15 November.
Since breaking into the music scene with her debut single drivers license, Rodrigo has skyrocketed to international stardom. Her 2021 debut album SOUR quickly achieved 4x platinum status, and her sophomore album GUTS (2023), co-written and produced with Daniel Nigro, further solidified her reputation. GUTS debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and topped charts in over 13 countries, including the UK. Rolling Stone lauded the album as an “instant classic,” and it showcased Rodrigo’s skill as a “sincere songwriter who captures the viewpoint of a teen outsider to perfection” (The Guardian).
Rodrigo’s live performances have drawn widespread acclaim. Her GUTS World Tour, which included four sold-out shows at London’s O2 Arena, was described by NME as “quite possibly 2024’s most fun tour,” while Variety hailed it as “the best rock tour we’ll get all year.”
Supporting Rodrigo at BST Hyde Park will be The Last Dinner Party, the BRIT Rising Star and BBC Sound of 2024 winners whose debut single Nothing Matters captivated audiences ahead of their chart-topping album Prelude to Ecstasy. Also joining the lineup is girl in red, the project of Norwegian singer-songwriter Marie Ulven Ringheim, celebrated for hits like we fell in love in october and her recent album I’M DOING IT AGAIN BABY!
BST Hyde Park 2025 promises another year of exceptional performances, with Rodrigo joining an already impressive roster of headliners, including Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Zach Bryan, Hugh Jackman, and Noah Kahan.
